QuickPlay Pro 2 Release Notes

Release 2.1.3 (April 2025)

New:

• Added support for RGB-only mode for Accent Compact
• Added sACN property support for Data Enabler Pro gen3 (requires sACN-compatible firmware on Data Enabler Pro gen3)
• Added option to filter to only configurable devices

Fixed:

• GrazeElite fixtures are now handled as multi-pixel devices
• Updated supported properties for KiNET devices
• Resolved several issues related to device firmware update
• Resolved a number of minor issues related to the user interface

Known Limitations:

• Multi-device firmware update for the following devices may be unreliable and updating a single device at a time is recommended
• Data Enabler Pro gen3 running firmware versions older than A58B15
• QuickPlay Pro 2 may indicate that a firmware update has failed, even though the firmware update completed successfully. Re-discovering devices after a firmware update will display the correct status.
• On macOS, the uninstaller does not function as expected. As a workaround, QuickPlay Pro 2 can be uninstalled by deleting the installation folder.
• On Windows 11, Quickplay Pro 2 cannot be uninstalled from the Settings app. As a workaround, QuickPlay Pro 2 can be uninstalled from the Control Panel or via the uninstaller in the installation folder.
• On macOS Sequoia, device discovery may require a system reboot in order to function properly.
